Cancellations and Returns


If for any reason you decide you do not want the product you have ordered and we have not yet despatched it, please contact us right away by email to but please understand that we aim to despatch your order quickly. If your order has already been despatched then please see our Returns Policy. 


Returns or Exchanges

You may return most items within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in a new and unused, undamaged and salable condition and wherever possible in the original packaging.  To return please email and we will send you a Returns Label for you to complete in order to ensure we have all your correct details.

 If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may not refund to you the amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Refund Policy

All our products should reach you in perfect condition and as described.  They are all brand new and unopened.  If for any reason this does not happen please email us at 

A refund or an exchange will be considered under the following circumstances only:

  • The item is received and is damaged.
  • The wrong item or colour is received.
  • You change your mind or have ordered the incorrect item, you must let us know this within 14 days of order.
  • The item your returning is unused

Please note that if you have ordered a wrong item and require a new item sending, then you would responsible for any extra postage costs. If the problem is through no fault of your own then there would be no extra postage costs.
